Cylinder valve is an important source of gas cylinders switching components, its structured in two ways. One is connected with the valve at the external thread, thread size W21.8mm × 1 / 14 of inch thread connector. Regulator

Decompression valve is the high-pressure gas into a constant output pressure of 0.7MPa for the valve after the gas supply device. Valves installed in the back care, through connection with the cylinder valve handwheel nut connection. Gas output is divided into high and low pressure in two parts. High-pressure gas source-side high-pressure gas pipeline to the high table and the residual gas alarm; decompression of the low-pressure gas source through the medium-pressure pipeline to the supply valve. Low-side with safety valve.

Valve with the pressure pipe, high-pressure pipe connection are plug-in, more reliable, does not appear screw loosening, and the pipes are free to rotate. (Figure 2)

High-pressure pipeline for pressure rubber hose, take the high table and the residual gas alarm system to carry the high-pressure gas source task. High Table with the residual gas alarm combined together, can display the source cylinder gas pressure in the cylinders can also reach the design allows the pressure to issue voice alarm signal. Pressure gauge of the range of 0 ~ 40MPa, the pressure in the cylinder pressure of 30MPa and alarm 4 ~ 6MPa respectively, marked with red and blue areas. When the cylinder pressure drops to 4 ~ 6MPa, the residual gas alarm emitted a continuous 90dB sound to remind the source will run out of gas use of personnel required to leave the scene as soon as possible. Gas cylinders for wear at this time to use 5 to 8 minutes. (See Figure 4)
