XULONG SPRING use a variety of presses from 30 to 200 ton capacity. we design all of our flat spring and fourslide products extends to stamping as well, allowing our engineers to design components utilizing materials from high carbon steel, pre-tempered and alloys including ally steel 60Si2Mn in thicknesses from 0.1mm to 25mm depending on the configuration of the part and tonnage required. In-house tooling and design, engineering support, and a wide array of secondary processes (deburring, welding, assembly, etc.) allow XULONG SPRING to manufacture even the most complex metal stamping designs for your applications.

Our flat leaf springs range from 0.1mm to 25mm,The commonly used materials are:
