3. Normal maintence check list

Daily check the Auto oil pump the oil level tank .
Weekly check the Cooling water temperature aand make sure not over heat and the water clarity if not acceptable then must replace immediately.
Monthly every parts of the bolts and nuts from this machines need to be checked and verified the tightenness.
Every three months t, the machine main roller ball bearing need to be checked and greased properly and fully.
planet reducer with electrical motor need to be kept clean at all time in order to avoid the operation.
Check the power cables at the all time and weekly check to make sure any damages .
Monthly check the copper electric plate and the connect contact parts are well connected .
Check the temperature on all the power cable parts or connection parts.
