Zig-Zag Springs are sometimes called Serpentine or No-Sag Springs. These are springs formed from tempered wire, which is then formed into evenly spaced curves or "loops" for a fully supportive seating system. Pitch is measured as the distance between the centre points of one 'U'. Zig Zag Springs should be used with CONNECTING LINKS or similar. Zig Zag Springs are fastened with single metal 'Z' CLIPS or continous plastic CLIP STRIP and can come in ARC or FLAT options depending on the height of 'crown' required and the overall desired appearance.

Packing Way & Delivery

1. Length below 65cm - 500PCS/bag,length above 65cm - 300PCS/bag,packed with green knitted bage.
2. If trade in EXW,goods will be loaded in factory or if you need us send the goods to appointed loading place,it's also ok,but maybe will have extra fee.
3. ​If trade in FOB / CIF term,goods will be shipped from Guangzhou / Shenzhen port.

4. If need us send the goods to appointed loading place,will charge some fee according to the distance.

Payment Term

1. EXW term - 30% deposit paid after the order confirmed,70% balance paid before delivery.

2. FOB & CIF term - 30% deposit paid after the order confirmed,70% balance paid against the copy of documents.

1. If need samples of our standard size,can offer you in 2 days.

2. If need samples of customized size,can offer you in 3-5 days.

3. Samples fee is free,but the freight charge should be negotiated.
