Three phase power IT system Surge protector Lightning arrester
Product introduction
The product is a surge protector for the plug type low-voltage
distribution system, including the replaceable element, and the
voltage limiting element is made up of a metal oxide varistor in
parallel. Each varistor requires an independent disconnector. The
principle of the disconnector is a heat release. The function is
disconnected through the low temperature welding point and is
separated from the metal rod by its own elastic action. After
disengagement, the red guide will appear in the transparent window
on the front side of the surge protector.
Product specification
1. Max continuous operating voltage(UC):420V
2. Voltage protective level(UP):2.0KV
3. Max discharge current(IMAX):40KA
4. Nominal discharge current(IN):20KA
5. Response time(NS):<25
Product features
1. low output residual pressure to further ensure safety
2. traffic flow to further improve safety
3. the latest arc extinguishing technology is adopted to avoid the
fire completely.
4. Adopt temperature control protection circuit and built-in
thermal protection.
Notice of product
1. An equipotential connection is established between the Device
and the SPD.
2. Needs to carry out the energy coordination of multilevel SPD
3. in order to limit the inductive coupling between the protected
part after installation and the part of the unprotected equipment,
we need to make some measurements. The mutual inductance can be
reduced by the separation of the inductive source and the
sacrificial circuit, the selection of the loop angle and the
limitation of the closed loop area.
4. generally speaking, it is better to separate the protected
conductor from the non protected conductor, and it should be
separated from the ground wire. At the same time, in order to avoid
transient orthogonal coupling between power cables and
communication cables, necessary measurements should be made.
Working principle of product
Surge protector not only can be used to protect the high voltage of
the atmosphere, but also to protect the operation of high voltage.
If there is a thunderstorm, a high voltage will appear and the
electric equipment may be dangerous. At this point, the arrester
will play a role to protect the power equipment from damage. The
most important function of the arrester is to limit the overvoltage
to protect the electrical equipment. Lightning arrester is a device
to make the lightning current flow into the earth, so that the
electrical equipment does not generate high voltage.
