Photovoltaic DC surge protector can also be used in thunderstorm days Automatic reclosing leakage protector
Brief introduction
Photovoltaic DC surge protector is a lightning protection product
designed for the solar photovoltaic system based on the relevant
standards. It is an electronic device that provides safety
protection for photovoltaic devices, mainly for limiting
overvoltage and discharging current. Surge protector is usually
connected with protected equipment. When overvoltage is generated,
it can play the role of shunting and voltage limiting. Prevent
excessive current and voltage from damaging the equipment.
Product features
1. equipped with solar photovoltaic DC high voltage lightning
arrester, positive and negative electrodes have dual lightning
protection function.
2. it has the indication of working status, which is convenient for
observing work condition.
3. leakage intelligent recognition
4. Beautiful appearance, fine work

Working principle of product
In the solar photovoltaic system, the inductive or capacitive
coupling voltage is caused by the lightning shock and the switching
operation of the upstream power supply system. Therefore, the surge
may damage the photovoltaic modules and inverters, which will cause
serious consequences for the operation of the photovoltaic system.
The photovoltaic lightning arrester is specially developed for this
purpose. The lightning protection module of the DC power supply,
once the high voltage, and endanger the insulation of the protected
equipment, the lightning arrester acts immediately, and the high
voltage impact current is directed to the earth, thus limiting the
amplitude of the voltage and protecting the insulation of the
equipment. When the overvoltage is gone, the arrester is restored
to its original state quickly, so as to protect the power
equipment.
Use of attention
1. when installing, pay attention to the cable entering and leaving
the surge protector. The cables should be separated to avoid the
two coupling of surge.
2. identify the input / output interface identifier of the
lightning protector, input the external line and output the
connection device.
3. grounding lines should be short, thick and straight, so as to
reduce the influence of distributed inductors on the ability of
lightning electromagnetic pulse.
4. connect the grounding wire of the lightning protector with the
ground wire of the lightning protection system.
