A4: For items sells online ,90% have stock, we can send out within 48 hours. For items not available, we need about 6-12 days to make and it also depends on your order quantity.

A5: :No MOQ requirement for items online sell,and of course you can mix colors and styles.

Q6: Why your price on website is not same as real price?
A6:The price on the website is only a rough quotation.Many factors such as quantity,material cost and exchange rate will affect the price,so the real price will be subject to our final confirmation.

A9:You can place your order in a rush way via email or SKYPE, you need to inform us before you place the order.Some extra amount will be added for rush production and rush shipping when time is vital to you.

A10:We regret that we are unable to remake it once one order is produced. We don’t have any refund policy for confirmed and flawless product, but we accept your changes before we send the order to production.

A11:If we make your order wrong in color, size and design, then we will produce again for free or you can ask for refund for this order.

A13: We accept T/T (Bank Transfer)
1. For total amount under US$1000, 100% in advance.
2. For total amount above US$1000, 30% deposit, the rest before shipment.
