Product advantage and description
Concrete mixer consists of feeding mechanism, mixing mechanism,
discharging mechanism, water supply system, electric control
system, etc. Plasticity, ductility, briquettability concrete and
all kinds of mortar can be mixed .In this machine, the two
horizontal mixing shafts are mixed with the reverse equal-speed
rotation, which can be realized the maneuvering discharge through
the pneumatic piston push rod.Concrete mixer is advanced at home
and abroad, the ideal model, and has a high degree of automation,
mixing of good quality, high efficiency, low energy consumption,
low noise, easy operation, fast discharging, long service life of
lining and blade, convenient maintenance. Applicable to plasticity,
ductility, and lightweight aggregate concrete and various mortar
mixing.
Hydraulic System Maintenance Instruction
1. Switch off the auto-control loop while using manual hydraulic system. Turn on manual stop valve and pull switching handle on the manual pump to the utmost. Then pull the handle to open the discharge door. Pull the handle in reverse to close the discharge door;
2. Before starting the hydraulic system, ensure nobody inside the machine and all he manual valves have been switched off;
3. The pressure of flood valve has been strictly adjusted to standard. Non-professional persons are forbidden to adjust the pressure;
4. ISO-UNI HM46 hydraulic oil is recommended. Fill the oil to two thirds level of the indicator.
OPTIONS
The Skip Hopper
Skip hopper can be chosen according to the requirements of customers. The feeding door automatically opens when feeding, and closes when the hopper begins to descend. The device effectively prevents the dust overflow the trough during the mixing to protect the environment.
Weighing system
According to different requirements we can add aggregate weigher, cement weigher and water weigher.
