Craftsmanship

1. Design

Design patterns according to requirements, culture, and product characteristics, etc. Then proofing, according to the drawings, make samples.

2. Choose cardboard

The general gift box cardboard is made of cardboard or long cardboard. Mostly, cardboard with a thickness of 3mm-6mm is used to manually mount the outer decorative surface and form it by bonding.

3. Printing

The gift box is only printed with wrapping paper, and the mounted paper will not be printed. At most, it is only dyed. Because the gift box is an outer packaging box, the printing requirements are very high.

4. Surface treatment

The wrapping paper of the gift box usually needs to be surface-treated, and the common ones are over-gloss glue, over-matte glue, over-UV, over-varnish, over-matte oil.

5. Die cutting

Die-cutting is a more important part of the printing process. To be accurate, the die must be accurate.

6. Mounting paper

The gift box is first die-cut and then mounted. First, it is afraid of getting flowers and wrapping paper. Second, the gift box pays attention to the overall appearance. The gift box mounting paper must be hand-made, so as to achieve a certain beauty.
