this machine is the carton forming machine from the corrugated cardboard sheet , through the printing , slotting / die cutting to make the cardboard which can fold to a carton .

Feeding unit :

Unit separation and combination .

1) Electric control unit separation and combination with an alarm bell, and the alarm will be continuously sounded during the moving journey to ensure the safety of the operators.

2) the transmission shaft is equipped with a safety clutch to avoid damage of the machine due to misoperation (when the machine is not locked, the host machine cannot start operation).

3) Pneumatic interlock device.

4) Host motor start protection device.

Printing Unit

1. Phase adjustment device

1) Planetary gear structure.

2) The printing phase adopts LCD microcomputer electric digital 360 degree adjustment . (adjustable for operation and stop).

3) Manual lateral position, +/-5mm adjustable distance.

4) The printing plate roller adopts LCD microcomputer to adjust the phase, which can reset to zero and adjust the plate quickly with high precision.

2. Ink recycling system

1) Pneumatic diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, easy operation and maintenance.

2) Ink filter screen, filter impurities .

3. Printing phase fix device

1) Pneumatic brake mechanism.

2) When the units are separated or the in the process of phase adjustment, the brake mechanism restricts the rotation of the machine, maintains the fixed point of the original gear position.

Slotting Unit (Full Computer Adjustment)

Slotting phase adjustment

1) Slotting phase adjustment adopts PLC touching screen frequency conversion controland electric digital 360 ° adjustment (motion and stop all can be adjusted).

2) Phase zero setting device to ensure consistent slot position.

Pre-creasing section

1) Pre-creasing shaft diameter 110mm, adopt high-quality seamless steel pipe. Surface grinding, dynamic balance correction, hard chrome plating, smooth rotation.

2) The pre-creasing wheel adopts advanced technology to improve the large pre-creasing wheel , so that the paperboard will not be broken when crease the line.

Operate & control switch

The control panel is equipped with a 6-inch touching screen, which makes it easy to adjust the size of slotting .

Die Cutting Unit (can add slotting blade module)

Cleaning system: the front and back embossing shaft is pressed to the belt through the deceleration motor, and the waste of paper is removed completely, so that the machine will not be affected by the accumulation of the waste paper. The work efficiency is greatly improved.
