this machine is the carton forming machine from the corrugated cardboard sheet , through the printing , slotting / die cutting to make the cardboard which can fold to a carton .

1. Transmission gear

1) 40Cr forging of high quality alloy steel, through tempering, high frequency quenching, grinding teeth and other processes, to improve the service life of the gear.

2) Sixth level precision, smooth operation, low noise, hardness HRC55-60, long life and small wear, which can guarantee the accuracy of printing color sets unchanged for a long time.

2. Wallboard

the material is high quality cast iron HT250 with a wall thickness of 50mm. It is made and processed by a large processing center with high precision.

3. Rubber mat

Use Depair brand from Germany , or Maxdura brand from Taiwan .

4. anilox and rubber roller

All be made in famous manufacturer , anilox (Haili) , rubber roller (chunfeng , Jizhou)
