Waterproof information:

1, The waterproof rubber ring easy to aging and deterioration, it should be replaced regularly or each repair.

2, Damage to the watch glass will affect the waterproof of the watch, it has to replace glass in time.

3, Please don’t operate the watch stay in water or when the watch is wet, avoid water entering the watch.

4, After used the crown, it should be pushed to the end. The screw head must be locked on the watch, do not leave a gap.

5, The watch should be Wipped dry with water in time.

6, Prevent chemical substances contacting the watch, otherwise, it will affect the case and waterproof rubber ring, then reduce the waterproof performance.

7, Watches should not be placed in high temperature( 60℃) or low temperature(-10℃)environments for a long time.

8, If there is water mist in the watch, removed it in time to prevent the parts from rusting.

1, What the MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?

For customized style, we usually require MOQ as 300-500pcs per model, 200pcs/ color

2, Can we mark our own logo on the watch?

Yes, Usually the logo can be marked on the dial, case back, crown, buckle and so on, depending on customers’ needs.

3, What about the warranty?

We are confident in our quality and packing, the goods are all in good condition when clients received. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding the quality issue, we suggest that you check the watches once you receive them, and let us know the details if there are any damaged ones so that we can deal with it accordingly and immediately.

4, What is your packing based on the price you quoted?

The price we quoted is based on bubble bag and white paper box, then export carton

5, How to use the watch to ensure they continue to work for many years?

Please avoid putting your watch from magnetic fields, shocks, or chemicals and so on.

6, To what depth are your watches water resistant?

Our watches are water resistant from 30,50,100,120,150,200 to 300 meters, depending on the type of watch.
Please understand that watches’ water resistance cannot be permanently guaranteed. It may notably be affected by the aging of gaskets or by an accidental shock to the case.
