• Main Application

Aluminum alloy tank trailer has the advantage of light tare weight, shinny out appearance; low operation cost and high recycle value. It is very much popular for fuel transporters. The main application is the same as traditional carbon steel fuel tankers, to load and transport the fuel in short or long distance transport or distribution.

Because of the lower tare weight, the aluminum alloy tank trailer has a lower operation cost which saves money a lot for the transporter. Owing to the weight control policy on road, the 3 axle aluminum tank could load more than 3 axle carbon steel tank. This makes aluminum tank trailer superior advantages and preferred by our customer.

• Appealing Style

This aluminum alloy tank is made of aluminum alloy 5454H polished plate which appears mirror surface. The surface looks pretty good, what’s more, this shinny surface could reflect more sunlight, so less heat on tankers. This tank is especially suitable in hot and dusty area. We have different aluminum plates for tankers. Aluminum 5083 and aluminum 5454 are normally used for tankers. Aluminum 6061 which has a better strength performance is used for trailer chassis.

• ADR Standard

This aluminum alloy fuel tank is designed and made according to ADR standard. Before production, the drawing is designed by our experienced engineer according to ADR regulation and details. And the drawing is check and confirmed by TUV agent. After the production, the tanks is checked according to ADR inspection list and approved by ADR.
