Training to install(3options):
A. We will supply the machine with training video and user's manual in English for installing, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax, telephone/MSN/ICQ and so on, when you meet some problems of installation, using & adjusting. (Recommend)
B. You can come to STN factory for training.STN will offer professional guide. Direct and effective face-to-face training. Here we have assembled equipments, all sorts of tools and testing facility,we will also provide accomadation during training period.Training Time: 3 working days.
C. Our engineer will do a door-to-door instruction training service at your local site. We need your help to deal with the visa formality, prepaid traveling expenses and accommodation to us during the business trip and service period before their dispatch.Standard training Time: 3 working days,we will charge extra USD100.0/day if you need to prolong the service date.
Remark: The charge of visa application ,round air tickets and accommodation expenses in your country will burden by your side.
Warranty:
The guarantee period of quality shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of your destination. Except the damage artificially ,we are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the guarantee period, in any case ,we need that you send the damaged fittings by courier with your charge if we need it for repair or back up ,we will send you the alternative fittings at the first time you need it. After the guarantee of quality period, the parts required to repair or change, if any, shall be paid.
