UV curable marking ink ,which also name uv curable character ink,with fast curing,good printing and after the solid color,font clear,good adhesion,heat resistance and electrical insulation.Apply to the board and fil on the character mark.

Operating parameters:
1. Open oil
After the ink is fully mixed to the mixing,stirring after the static 15min above,so that the ink viscosity stability in the use of ink use do not need to add a diluent,such as viscosity is too large,can be used as a special diluent debugging,but the amount can not be added more than 5%.(in order to make good adhesion to the substrate,the cleaning operation is preferred)
2. Screen printing
Screen printing:take 100-120T nylon diagonal net tension,23+1N
Rubber scraper scraping:65 degrees-75 degrees of good elasticity,sharp edges,squeegee angle of 5-20 degrees,2-6kg/cm-pressure
3. UV curing
Energy:800-1500mj/cm
Note:according to the different equipment,conveyor belt speed and energt have a greater difference,but should be completely cured ink is appropriate.
