1. The autoclave reactor is steel horizontal cylinder-type device,Kettle covers and cylinder are made of Q345R steel plate to suppress/roll formed,kettle cover flange, kettle body flange use 16Mn to be forgi the main are 100% welded, apply 100% X-ray detection, use computer-controlled furnace to operate an overall heat treatment process for the eliminationof weld residual stress and kettle head forging stress, this is at the leading position in China.

2. The kettle door is movable quickly opening structure, it is relying on hand speed reducer to pen or close, can also use of electric, pneumatic,hydraulic hoist according to user's requestment. It is equipped with completed manual and automatic safety interlock and protection devices, avoid the hidden dangers of misusing maximumly, and ensure the safe operation of the autoclave reactor and safety of operational personnel, kettle door opening is in the two forms of side opening and top opening for users to choose. Side opening used door opening structure of rotating arm, it has the characteristics of flexible rotation, low operation and simple and convenient, this type has the benefits of open lightweight, small footprint of reactor side. Kettle door sealing uses of imported rubber seals of the professional manufacturers, it has the benefits of simple installation, good sealing and long service life.

3. For different parts of the reactor body, set three forms of fixed support, movable support, end special support. Bitterly adapt to thermal expansion and contraction of reactor body, and ensure the normal work and life of kettle.

1.What’s the welding method?

2.What’s the open door method?
Open door manually, open the door by electricity, open the door by hydraulic. Advanced open door method ,only one young girl can open the door easily.
Automatic pressure safety interlocking method and manual safety interlocking method, it solved the safety problem of wrong operation.

3.Is the control system manual, semi-automatic or full-automatic?
Our basic control system is semi-automatic operation system, and we also can supply full-automatic operation system.

4.What is the heat source?
Steam boiler , conduction oil boiler and electric.
If you do not have the boiler, we can provide you with.
And you can also choose electric heating.

5.What’s the heat preservation way?
Using external thermal insulation.
The galvanized sheets which will not rust in ten years welded and fixed around the equipment and built in insulation cotton to ensure make full use of heat energy. The thickness of the insulation cotton which around the tank is 80mm and the thickness of the insulation cotton which around the head of the equipment is 60mm. It has advantages of easy to transport, long time use without deformation, good insulation effect and low cost.
