Product introduction:

The tank welding station consists of a robotic welding system, a robotic walking track, a servo displacement system, and a laser weld seam tracking system.

Applicable tank welding range: diameter 600-1200mm, length 600-6000mm.

The scheme designed a single-sided ground rail to drive the welding robot to walk, and the positioner drives the workpiece to rotate, so it can weld different sizes of workpieces and different positions. The project also uses the laser weld seam tracking function to obtain the position information of the weld seam through the laser vision weld seam tracking system, which can correct the deviation value in time and ensure the welding precision and quality.
