Brief Introduction

The automatic cleaning line for the lithium hexafluorophosphate drum is a special cleaning device for cleaning the lithium ion battery electrolyte (lithium hexafluorophosphate).

1. The whole line automatic control system

2. Accumulative roller conveyor mechanism

Solve the problem of light and heavy material cache, online and offline, and improve the automation of the production line. The accumulative three-dimensional warehouse can multiplied the buckets storage quantity without increasing the land area, and can freely select the bucket section; the bucket automatically enters the warehouse to save labor costs and improve production efficiency.

3. Cleaning and purging system

The cleaning and purging process is completed without the barrel moving. The fully enclosed cleaning, drying and testing of the inner wall of the barrel is realized, the cleaning medium is saved, the pollution discharge is retrieved, and the cleaning quality of the barrel is improved.

4. Constant reference grab system

Through this system, the robot can always maintain the initial positioning standard of the material during the process of grabbing the material, and realize the positioning and automatic picking and handling of all the barrels to be cleaned (the barrels of different models or the barrels of same type but with large deviation due to long-term use). The normalization of the bucket interface can be achieved without regard to the shape changes of the bucket itself.

5. Barrel ring center clamping disassembly system

By analyzing the structural characteristics of the barrel, the automatic disassembly is realized to the greatest extent, and the disassembly efficiency can be improved without substantially manual operation.

Fully automatic outer wall cleaning and semi-automatic barrel ring disassembly greatly reduce the labor intensity.
