WNS series automatic Oil&Gas-fired boiler is horizontal, three-pass, wet back shell boiler. The main parts include: Boiler shell, Corrugated furnace, Reversal chamber, Threaded smoke pipe, etc.
Three pass structure
Flue gas flow:
The first return:boiler fuel micro-positive buring in the furnace.
The second return:the flame and high temperature smoke through reversal chamber into short smoke pipe.
The third return:smoke through front smoke box into long smoke pipe.after the convection heat transfer discharge into atmosphere.
Wet back structure
Adopt all wet back structure, the high temperature smoke are surrounded by water, can effectively use heating surface, and can avoid dry back structure to make back smoke box scoured by high temperature smoke result in easily damaged.
