Normally 10-20working days after confirming details (depend on box request, order quantity etc.)

3) Q: Can I get a sample before mass production?

Of course, this is normal process before starting mass production.

4)How long can I receive the sample?

Sample lead time is around 3-6 working days depending on sample request details.

Sample shipping:DHL, FEDEX, UPS,TNT Express needs 3-5 days. economy needs around 7-10 days.

5) Is the sample charge can be refundable?

Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production, but for specific situation please contact and negotiate with the sales who follow up with your orders.
