Product Introduction
The foam pump is suitable for use in a variety of flotation
processes and is an ideal pump for the delivery of foam-like
slurries. The conveying capacity is far superior to other forms of
products and does not require any shaft seals and shaft seals. This
type of pump is suitable for metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical and
other industries. It is used to transport high-corrosion and
high-corrosion-resistant slurry containing foam. Its transmission
part is common with EVM (R) type slurry pump.

Installation
(1) The pump must be mounted on a solid foundation and tighten all anchor bolts to withstand the full weight of the pump and eliminate vibration.
(2) The piping is supported separately and should be concentric with the pump flange.
(3) Rotate the shaft by hand according to the direction of rotation of the pump. When the shaft drives the impeller, there should be no friction. Otherwise, the impeller clearance should be adjusted.
(4) Disconnect the pump from the motor and check the motor steering to ensure that the pump rotates in the direction of the arrow marked on the pump body. Note that the pump does not allow reverse rotation, otherwise the impeller threads will trip, causing damage to the pump.
(5) When the belt is driven, the V-belt must be applied with a certain pre-tightening force; the pump shaft should be parallel with the motor shaft so that the V-belt is in the same direction as the end face of the pulley to avoid violent vibration and wear. For direct drive: the pump shaft and motor shaft must be accurately centered, otherwise it will cause vibration or damage the bearing.
