Ship Berthing Fenders Dia 0.5m Length 1.0m PU Coating Foam Filled Fenders
EVA solid PU floating fender, is a fender using light and elastic foam as bumping media. EVA foam is featured with environment protection, high elasticity, high adhesion. Outside is coated with SPUA which is anti-seeping and anti-aging.
Foam Fenders are used for the protection of Ships and Quay walls during berthing manoeuvers. They are not fixed, these Fenders will guarantee a safe operation between the Vessel and Dock or during a ship to ship berthing, even in the harshest of conditions .
It can float on the water sureface easily, and in high level of
weather fastness. And got widely used in aquaculture , port and
offshore area.
It features as below:
1. Core material is closed cell&dewatering foam. Fender is light and has good energy absorption. It will not absorb water even if it breaks.
2. SPUA coating is resistant to impact, friction, pressure, oil, water and temperature.
3. Performance is reliable. Installation is convenient. Low maintenance cost. It has good shape and is practical.
