
Vulcanize Rubber AirBag Dia and Length Customize Ship Lifting Marine Air bag
Ship lifting marine airbag is a high-strength plain surface airbag, which is widely used in moving large objects and marine salvage. It's made of outer rubber layer, synthetic-tyre-cord layers, inner rubber layer and metal end parts. The inner rubber layer is made separately and inflated during the whole production, therefore the air tightness is guaranteed.
Performance Calculation Principle of Airbags
The bearing capacity of marine rubber air bags was calculated based
on the working pressure, contact area. Herein, working pressure was
got upon the burst pressure and safety working factor.
Because of the flexibility of rubebr airbag the contact area will
be affected by some terms which include the carried ship condition,
the different position from gravity center during the process of
ship launching and pulling. So the bearing capacity of air bags
will vary as well as the contact area.
The approximate bearing capacity can be calculated as follows:
