Quality Control
We have strict auditing before determining to choose a supplier. The auditing covers machines, test facilities, records, management as well as supplier's management staff's attitudes towards our concept of business and our requirements.

The suppliers are required to keep records of and put labels to each incoming production materials and each production procedures to ensure that the products and quality are controllable and traceable according to ISO9001 system. We will carry out inspection of semi-finished products and finished products, not including the supplier's own internal daily in-process inspection, to guarantee that the quality of the goods will match and exceed customers' expectations.

And more importantly, each supplier will be carefully chosen before production because we have to ensure there will be no potential risks in production.

For parts to be used in automobile industry, we supplier full set level 3 PPAP documents and carry out SPC analysis to ensure the parts can reach customers' requirements.

Packing of Goods
Generally, the goods are packed in neutral outer cartons in European-type or American-type pallets. And if customers have special requirements on cartons or small boxes with special prints, it will also be feasible for us.

Moreover, we can also supplier the goods in various kinds of plastic small boxes according to respective customer requirements.

Shipment
The agreed timetable of delivery of goods will be strictly followed. And in case of urgent need, we may also make special arrangement for customers.

We may make shipments with full containers, less load containers or airfreight for customers.

Moreover, we can also supply the goods in various kinds of plastic small boxes according to respective customer requirements.

Payment Terms:

30% wire transfer after order confirmation and the balance should be paid against copy of bill of lading after delivery, or we can do L/C at customer’s requirements.

Delivery Terms:

FOB, CIF or DDU according to customer’s requirements.

Shipment:
