Hot Air Drying OvenDescription
According to the demand of high temperature and less dusts,based on
traditional combustion methods,MBL coal burner adopts briquette
smoke prevention and gasifying principle,improves the chain grate
and air inlet structure.As the figure shows,bituminous coal(soft
coal)is fed into coal hopper through coal feeder.The coal at a
certain height is delivered into burning hearth of coal bumer by
chain grate.Combustion air is sent into coal bumer by combustion
fan.Firstly volatile matters in soft coal escape,the fixed carbon
reacts with air and produce hot flue gas, hot flue gas jets from
outlet of coal bumner.Cinder is directly discharged into cinder
pool or hopper of cinder conveyor.
MBL coal bumer has such characteristics that combustion temperature
is high and stable,coal bums adequately, heat efficiency is
high;flame length can be adjusted,flame is very clean.It is
suitable for different type of furnace and widely used.Exhausts
reach the standard of environmental protection.
Hot Air Drying Oven Technical advantages:
1) Flexibility for various kinds of fuels: Reciprocating grate can perfectly burn various kinds of fuels, such as coal, wood chips, bark, sawdust, forest waste, agriculture waste, rice husk etc. with low heat value and high ash content.
2) Suitable for fuels with high moisture content: The grate can be divided into Four zones:
a. Drying zone: for preheating and dispersing the fuel
b. Gasification zone : gasifying fuel surface for easy burning
C. Combustion zone: fuels completely combusted
c. Burn-out zone: ash discharging and collecting
3) Perfect and complete combustion: the reciprocation movement can perfectly disperse and turn over the fuels during combustion, so the combustion is perfect and complete.
4) Good insulation and high heat efficiency: the heat insulation layer is 750 mm which can make sure the surface temperature of furnace is about 40 °C. Less heat loss and complete combustion can guarantee the heat efficiency reach 90%.
5) Long life-span: the combustion chamber frame is made by high strength steel and lined by casting heat resistant cement and firebricks. The grate bar is made by heat resistant alloy steel. The normal life-span can reach 10 years.
6) Automatic operation: fuel feeding, ash discharging and grate moving are fully automatic.
7) Stable output temperature: Temperature control is achieved by accurately regulating the combustion air, grate movement and feeding speed. All the fans are equipped with inverters. Grate drive motors are stepless speed regulating type.
