1. There is closed system between vacuum chamber and inner wall of the vacuum rubber suction roll. Suction width is adjustable. Max. suction width is 2200mm, and mini suction width is 1950mm.

2. Roll body: Stainless steel, surface clad rubber. Rubber thickness is 20mm (roll surface drill double helix arranged holes, and holes opening rate is 11.5%)

3. Transmission side shaft: 45# steel, with transmission

4. Operation side shaft: 45# steel

5. Vacuum chamber: cast iron

6. Closed system: incluidng air bube and sealing strips.
