1. What is the delivery time ?

A: 15-20 days for the standard color and 30 days for the customized. It depends on the details.

2. What about your package?

A: Using four steps of package, your goods are given an all-round protection regardless of the cost.

We have been exporting lots of products to overseas, not any client makes complain about the package.

3. What is your payment items?

A: Normally we accept 30%~50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. If you have any other suggestion, pealse contact with us.

4. Can I come to your factory before I make the order?

A: Of course. We'd love to have you come. Our factory located in Guangzhou, very near to the Airport. we would like to pick up you to our factory.

5. How can I konw the price exactly?

A: The price is based on your specific requiremeny, it is better to provide the following information to help us quote exact price to you.

(1) Official drawing of windows&doors to show us the dimensions, quantity and types;

(2) The color the frame and also the thickness of the profile you would like to choose;

(3) Type of the glass: single or double glass, laminated or Low-E glass, others;

(4) Any other your personal requirements is also needed.
