1. Inhalation pressure ≤ 1.0MPa, or pump system maximum working pressure ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, pump inlet pressure + pump head = 1.6MPa, pump static pressure test pressure of 2.5MPa, please specify the system when the work pressure. Pump system working pressure greater than 1.6MPa should be made when ordering. So that the pumped portion of the pump and the connecting portion are made of cast steel during manufacture.
2. Ambient temperature <40 ℃, relative humidity <95%.
3. The volume of solid particles in the conveying medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume and the particle size is> 0.2mm.
   Note: If the use of media with a small particle, please specify when ordering, so that manufacturers use the wear-resistant mechanical seal.

(A) Before starting to prepare

1. hand to dial the fan, the impeller should be no card grinding phenomenon, flexible rotation.
2. open the inlet valve to open the exhaust valve so that the liquid-filled the entire pump chamber, and then close the exhaust valve.
3. hand pump to make the lubricant into the mechanical seal face.

(B) start and run

1. fully opens the inlet valve, close the spit out the pipeline valve.
2. turn on the power, when the pump reaches the normal speed, and then gradually open the spit on the pipeline valve, and adjust to the required conditions.
3. pay attention to observe the instrument readings, check the shaft seal leakage, the normal mechanical seal leakage <3 drops/min, check the motor, bearing temperature rise ≤ 70 ℃, if found abnormal circumstances, should be promptly treated.

(C) parking

1. gradually turn off the piping valve, cut off the power.
2. close the inlet valve.
3. such as the ambient temperature below 0 ℃, the pump should be discharged to avoid freezing.
4. such as long-term disabled, the pump should be removed cleaning, packaging custody.

(A) Maintenance in operation

1. The import pipeline must be filled with liquid, prohibit the pump in the long-term operation of the cavitation state.
2. Regularly check the motor current value, shall not exceed the motor rated current.
3. The pump for long-term operation, due to mechanical wear, so that the unit noise and vibration increases, should stop checking, if necessary, replace the wearing parts, unit overhaul period is generally one year.

(B) mechanical seal maintenance

1. Mechanical seal lubrication should be clean without solid particles.
2. Is strictly prohibited mechanical seal in the dry mill work.
3. Before starting should pump the pump (motor) a few laps, so as to avoid sudden start ring damage caused by graphite ring.
4. Sealed leakage tolerance of 3 drops/min, or should be overhauled.
