Production process overview

Reaction section

The hydrochloric acid sent from the tank area is buffered by the high tank of hydrochloric acid and then flows into the reaction tank containing limestone. The hydrochloric acid and the limestone in the tank react to generate calcium chloride mother liquor, and the acidic calcium chloride solution generated by the reaction is put into the neutralization tank by self-flow. Add calcium hydroxide to the neutralization tank to neutralize the excess acid. The neutralized calcium chloride solution was pumped to the filter press for continuous filtration, and the filtered clear liquid flowed into the mother liquor receiving tank. The mother liquor in the mother liquor receiving tank is pumped to the calcium chloride mother liquor storage tank for static storage. In the process of reaction, carbon dioxide will be released, and entailed out part of the exhaust gas such as hydrogen chloride. The acid exhaust gas generated by the reaction tank and the high hydrochloric acid tank is collected and discharged by the first and second stage exhaust gas absorption tower, recycle and absorb emissions until meet the environmental standards.

Granulation process

The static calcium chloride mother liquor is sent to the circulating tank, and then pumped into the foam absorption tower to wash the high temperature tail gas from the pelleting tower, recovering the calcium chloride dust and heat in the tail gas, so that the calcium chloride mother liquor is concentrated; The concentrated calcium chloride mother liquor is pumped into the atomizing nozzle on the granulation tower, and the granular anhydrous calcium chloride is generated under the action of compressed air and high temperature hot air, and then separated into products by sieve.

Calcium chloride mother liquor is sent into the mother liquor circulation tank, and then the mother liquor circulation pump into the foam tower to wash the high temperature tail gas from the pelletizing tower, and recover the calcium chloride dust and heat in the tail gas, so that the calcium chloride mother liquor is concentrated; The concentrated calcium chloride mother liquor is sprayed into the pelletizing tower by spray pump. Under the action of high temperature hot air, granular anhydrous calcium chloride is dried and then separated into products through screening. The high-temperature tail gas generated in the drying granulation process is passed into the foam tower, and the circulating calcium chloride mother liquor absorbs part of the heat and calcium chloride dust, and then the tail gas is pumped into the tail gas exhaust cylinder by the tail gas fan for air emission.
