Manhole cover is installed on the top of the tank and has the built-in breathing and urgent exhaust function. Oil and gas recovery valve, amount of hole and leak proof probe can be installed on the manhole cover. During loading oil, when the liquid level arrives at the detection position, the leak proof sensing system will automatically warn to stop the refueling.

The oil and gas recovery technology is applied to recover oil gas emitted during storage, transportation, loading and unloading. The air pollution caused by volatilization of oil and gas is prevented and utilization of the energy is improved.
