Pearlite Cr-Mo Steel Liner Castings Description:
a. The hardness for Pearlitic CrMo Cast Steel Cap: HRc33~42 (HB310~390); Steel caps shall be sample hardness tested at approximately ten percent(10%) random selection;
b. Microstructure: Predominantly pearlite;
c. Chemical Composition: Every furnace heat shall be analysed by Spectrometer; A conforming sample shall be obtained from each furnace heat prior to pouring the mould(s);
d. Dimensional Checking & Gauging: 100% check; be compliance to drawing dimensions within specified tolerances;
1. By visual inspection, e.g. where a cross joint or other dimensional or shape defect is evident, dimensions shall be verified to drawing;
2. By gauges manufactured to check specific features or dimensions of individual casting;
e. Casting Soundness: Level 2 of AS2574 or equivalent standard, 10% of order selected at random to be free of shrinkage with UT; Assessment of casting soundness and internal integrity shall be by ultrasonic testing; Sectioning by cutting may be only be used as a macro view test, as the cutting process may remove the area of unsoundness;
f. Surface Finish: Visual inspection after shot blasting; To achieve an acceptable level of surface texture, freedom from defects and extraneous material or rust that have the potential to reduce wear-life or the effective bonding of a rubber product;
1. All wear surface to be free from surface defects that may affect fitness for purpose, and any from of grease or oil;
2. All wear surface to be free from any raised features or markings above the wear face;
3. All bonding surface to be free of defects that affect fitness for purpose and to be free of rust, scale and any form of grease or oil.
g. Reporting: Providing process, inspection & test result data by which
specification compliance can be traced.

1. The Combined Self-fastened Boltless Ball Mill Liners
This product, invented by Mr. Chen Chang-shun, senior engineer and the director of the company, is known
as “China Best Liner”. It includes two parts, high wear resistance boltless plates, and highly expandable riveting
plates, which are self-fastened and strengthened to withstand impact from mill balls.
In the recent 20 years, our liners have been widely used in large, medium and small ball mills in Chinese power
generation, mining, cement, chemical engineering and metallurgical industries and super fine pulverizing
equipments. It is the only recommended liner product in the latest standard of the electric-power industry in China.
2. Materials 1: Martensitic Chromium-Molybdenum Alloy Steel Series
We specially design the material for ball mill liners in mines, coal-fired power plants and cement plants, etc..
With our special double-media quenching process, the material can not only achieve ideal hardness (HRC48~55)
but also ideal toughness value (AK30~100J). It can completely meet the requirement of liners of large and
middle-size ball mills at home and abroad. The match of Middle Chrome Liners and High Chrome Cast Balls has
been the typical model in coal mills and cement mills. Meanwhile, the material is applicable to the teeth plates,
armored plates and hammers of crushers and excavator bucket teeth.
3. Materials 2: Pearlitic Chromium-Molybdenum Alloy Steel Series
The Pearlitic Chromium-Molybdenum Alloy Steel Liners are widely used in AG Mill,SAG Mill and Ball Mills.
Hardness: HB310-375 (equivalent to HRC33-42)
Impact resistant Value: Ak≥60J (60×10×10mm) in normal ambient temperature.
4. Materials 3 : High Chrome White Iron Series
High Chrome white iron we can produce include 15Cr, 18Cr, 20Cr and 26Cr. Under same working condition, the
wearperformance of High Chrome mill liners is four times of that of high manganese steel liners and twice of that
of low Chrome alloy steel liners.
Meanwhile, we can produce high Chrome castings as per AS2027, ASTM A532 and BS4844.
We produced Cr26 Mill Liners for Coal Mills for Chinese Power Plant.
5. Material 4: Nickel-hard Cast Iron Series
The hardness of Ni-hard cast iron series is more than HRC56.
Our materials conform to GB/T 8263-1999, AS2027/Ni-Cr1-550, AS2027/Ni-Cr1-550,
AS2027/Ni-Cr4-500, AS2027/Ni-Cr4-600, AS2027/Ni-Cr4-630, ASTM A 532 1-A,B,C,D,
ASTM A 532 2-A,B,C,D,E, ASTM A 532 3-A, G-X 260 NiCr42, G-X 330 NiCr42, G-X 300 CrNiSi952.
6. We produced Cement Mill Liners for Conch Cement Group, the largest Chinese cement maker.
7. Wear Parts for Crusher
Jaw plates and cheek plates for jaw crushers, blow bars and impact plates for impact crushers, cone liners for
gyratory crushers, hammers for hammer crushers and concaves and mantles for cone crushers.
Depending on the specific working conditions, all wear parts can be ordered as Manganese Steel, high Cr cast
iron or Cr-Mo Alloy Steel.
8. Customer-made Mill Liners
In addition to our patented Boltless Mill Liners, we can produce wear castings as per the request of customers.
So far, we have been the regular suppliers of mill liners for Magotteaux and Foster Wheeler Power Group. Now,
we have supplied steel caps inserted in rubber lifters for SAG mills and AG mills to some mines in Australia and
New Zealand.
