Product Description
Large-scale production adopts automatic assembly line.
The finished detergent products flow from the finished tank to the
packaging assembly line, complete the bottle sorting, filling,
capping, screwing cap, labeling, coding, packing, sealing, stacking
and other work, and finally the forklift to the product
warehouse.The assembly line includes bottle sorting machine,
filling machine, lid sorting machine, cap screwing machine,
labeling machine, code spraying machine, box unpacking machine,
packing machine, box sealing machine, palletizer and so on.
The whole assembly line can be fully automatic operation, which can
greatly reduce labor intensity, save operation cost and improve
management level. The degree of automation can be selected
according to user requirements.
Small-scale production adopts semi-automatic assembly line.
The filling machine adopts the weighing semi-automatic filling
machine, which is manually complete bottle feeding and capping,
semi-automatic manual assistance for code spraying, packing,
sealing, stacking, and finally the forklift is sent to the finished
product warehouse.The assembly line includes filling machine, code
jet machine, sealing machine and so on.
