Product Description
Stainless steel slurry preparator, pre-dissolving tank adopt high
quality 304 or 306L,they are main equipment for the manufacture of
liquid detergents.
The stirring device has been improved according to the practice of
our company for many years, taking full account of the physical and
chemical properties of the active agent and the solubility
characteristics of each active agent in compatibility.Mixing is
generally variable frequency speed regulation, and the materials
are quickly dispersed, reacted, tempered, emulsified, etc. during
the stirring process to reduce the reaction time of the entire
batch.
The liquid-contacting part of the stirring device is grounded,
which can effectively avoid the pitting of materials and the growth
of microorganisms. The equipment has self-cleaning function, and is
greatly optimized according to the hygienic requirements of
cosmetics and other products. The cleaning strength is greatly
improved compared with the traditional equipment, and fully meets
the requirements of related products.
The enamel slurry preparation kettle is the main equipment used in
the production of corrosive liquid detergent.
